Bug#905445: libgl1: Binaries fail to start with "undefined symbol: _glapi_tls_Current"

   * What led up to the situation?
     Upgraded system to latest packages, including nvidia-driver 390.77. l

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
     Tried downgrading libgl1 package to previous version
(1.0.0+git20180308-2~bpo9+1) but did not manage to do so as it would have
desinstalled half of the system.

   * What was the outcome of this action?
        N/A

   * What outcome did you expect instead?


These are some error excerpts from various daemons/binaries :
