I have read about HAVE_DRI3_MODIFIERS here: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=106910

And it works if you make the Debian package (from source mesa-18.1.2) with the following patch (here you can get the Debian package that I have built: http://s000.tinyupload.com/index.php?file_id=01939742983669320839):
