Either that, or it should not ship the files which used to be in
x11proto-xf86misc-dev.  There is a reason why x11proto-xf86misc-dev has
been removed from Debian almost six years ago[1].

In the meantime, get rid of x11proto-xf86misc-dev and other obsolete
junk on your system(s).
