Not exactly: there's the codes sent by keys when no action is bound to
them (what you're seeing), and actions which might be bound to a key
(using the translations resource).

In the manual, you might see this:

                   Shift <KeyPress> Prior:scroll-back(1,halfpage) \n\
                    Shift <KeyPress> Next:scroll-forw(1,halfpage) \n\
		   ...

and (for example), you could add to the translations resource something
like this:

	*VT100*translations:      #override \n\
                    Shift <KeyPress> Home:scroll-back(999,page) \n\
                     Shift <KeyPress> End:scroll-forw(999,page) \n

(there's no existing action for scroll-to-end or scroll-to-home).
