Try a kernel and libgl1-mesa-dri from jessie-backports. If that does
not help, use the NVidia blob or buy a Radeon card.

I guess you'll have to use ssh or even netconsole to capture more kernel
messages. Possibly related upstream bug:
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=69465.
