Bug#860259: release-notes: please mention switch to libinput-based driver in Xorg

Package: release-notes
Severity: normal
X-Debbugs-Cc: debian-x@lists.debian.org

Dear release team,

there was a question on debian-user right now about input
configuration options not working anymore on Stretch that have
previously been working (for a _long_ time):

https://lists.debian.org/debian-user/2017/04/msg00400.html

The reason is that Xorg now uses a libinput-based driver by default
and not the evdev one (though that was is still available IIRC),
and the configuration options are named differently in the
libinput-based driver.

This should be mentioned in the release notes, perhaps also with
a snippet for how to go back to the evdev-based driver.

In case it might be useful to link the manpage of the libinput
driver:
https://manpages.debian.org/testing/xserver-xorg-input-libinput/libinput.4.en.html

Regards,
Christian
