Bug#825560: Downstream testing; 2.10.3 now available

Version 2.10.3 has been released (or at least, tagged) upstream, and
fixes this regression.

Some of our MyPaint downstream reporters have been testing, and the
patch in question does indeed fix this regression. A patched
third-party 2.10.2 deb is now available via the downstream bug report.

Please could 2.10.3 be uploaded to unstable as soon as possible? A
lack of any positive, nonzero pressure when pressure is declared as an
axis completely breaks the primary use for tablet hardware: painting
programs. A wide variety of readily available, inexpensive hardware is
affected by this bug.
