Bug#835466: xserver-xorg-core: Xorg incorrectly switches vt when exiting Xspice

Dear Maintainer,

To reproduce this bug:

* Log in and start a terminal application of your choice
* Run: Xspice :3
* Hit Ctrl-C to kill Xspice

The screen switches to the Linux console instead of continuing to show
the X server display.

This then combines with what is most likely independent bugs that often
make it impossible to switch back to the X console (one of the Ctrl-Fn
shows the X mouse pointer and typing commands in the open terminal
works but the screen remains all black and is thus not usable).

Reminder Xspice is a virtual X server, akin to Xvnc. So starting Xspice
does not involve allocating VTs. Also /usr/bin/Xspice is a wrapper
script around Xorg that directs it to use /etc/X11/spiceqxl.xorg.conf.

I tried debugging this but I did not get anywhere. I think it's related
to xf86OpenConsole()/xf86CloseConsole()/switch_to() in
hw/xfree86/os-support/linux/lnx_init.c but that's probably quite
obvious.
