Bug#830491: Please package new upstream release 1.12

Hi,

the arch issues seemed to be GCC6, -O2 (and x86?) specific [1,2] and was fixed
in Arch by compiling libxcb with -O1 [3]. Also, the code where this crash
occurred was not changed since the last release.

I would suggest to just ignore that one report.
