Bug#833508: xbacklight reports "No outputs have backlight property"

Package: xbacklight
Version: 1.2.1-1
Followup-For: Bug #833508

Dear Reporter,

I can confirm that xbacklight gives "No outputs have backlight property" when I changed from xserver-xorg-video-intel to the new xserver-xorg-core in Debian Sid. Your work-arounds in your opening work for me too, thanks.

When I roll-back to xserver-xorg-video-intel by using the following xorg.conf ...

Section "Device"
        Identifier "Intel"
        Driver "intel"
# Option "AccelMethod" "uxa"
EndSection

... than xbacklight works again.

I have the xbacklight problem with ...
