Bug#802413: xserver-xorg-video-qxl: FTBFS: Package 'libcacard', required by 'spice-server', not found



Control: reassign -1 libspice-server-dev 0.12.6-2

Not our bug, as the error message says this is an issue with the package
providing spice-server.pc.
