Bug#729200: [xserver-xorg-input-synaptics] Still an issue in jessie/stretch

Package: xserver-xorg-input-synaptics
Version: 1.8.2-1

This is still a major issue in current debian. There is a patch on the launchpad bug page which appears to solve the issue for people, however I haven't tried it myself yet.
