This is a direct consequence of #784444, i.e. xserver-xorg-video-intel
failing to build against latest xserver-xorg-core in sid and thus
getting removed if you blindly ran dist-upgrade (due to unfulfilled
dependencies). I'll upload a fix for xserver-xorg-video-intel
today/tomorrow, please install it then.
