Okay, after generating /usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d/20-intel.conf with the
following content...

Section "Device"
   Identifier  "Intel Graphics"
   Driver      "intel"
   Option      "AccelMethod"  "sna"
EndSection

...the problem is solved. This workaround results in little tearing.
Adding the tearfree option doesn't help and results in stuttering.

So ist definitly a video-intel bug.
