Thanks. I don't really see where your old Voodoo card comes into play,
but your kernel shows problems even before X starts:

Your best bet is probably to try a newer kernel, say 3.12.6 from
testing[1]. Note that you need a newer initramfs-tools as well,
available from wheezy-backports[2].
