After few more experiments, I found, that combination of kernel 3.14 (package linux-image-3.14-1-686-pae:i386 3.14.4-1) and mesa packages version 10.1.2-1 are also affected, but not that badly. Mplayer works fine, but Chromium playing YouTube is broken, however, after the bug occurs video is still working, but glxgears segfaults instantly (on clean boot glxgears works fine). I downgraded Linux kernel to verison 3.13 (package linux-image-3.13-1-686-pae:i386 3.13.10-1) and so far everything works fine. Summary: Good: - linux-image-3.13-1-686-pae, 3.13.10-1 - lib*-mesa-*, 10.1.2-1 - xserver-xorg-core, 2:1.15.1-1 - xserver-xorg-video-intel, 2:2.99.911+git20140529-1~exp2 Bad: - linux-image-3.14-1-686-pae, 3.14.4-1 - lib*-mesa-*, 10.1.2-1 Very bad: - linux-image-3.14-1-686-pae, 3.14.4-1 - lib*-mesa-*, >= 10.1.4
