Please see package tree at https://github.com/kaplanlior/xkb-data

That includes merging upstream's 2.11 into the current Debian tree.

I didn't do much except merge & debian/changelog update.

That's not what I'm talking about, I know where upstream lives.  If you
want an updated debian package, we need an updated packaging tree.
