Bug#726962: #726962: startx(1): Macro '..' is not defined in the manual and some formatting improvements

I've just encountered the same issue with undefined macro and then
noticed that the startx man page contains some text,
added in http://sources.debian.net/src/xinit/1.3.2-1/debian/patches/03_debian_startx_manpage.diff
that is not displayed by man:

              startx -- -dpi 100

              startx -- -layout Multihead

To determine the client to run, startx first looks for a file called
.xinitrc in the user's home directory. If that is not found, it uses

The paragraph starting with "Note that in the Debian system, what many people traditionally..."
is not added before the "To determine the client..."

Regards,
robert
