I suppose it's okay for the autobuilders.  There was never a problem
with licensing, but #383465 alleged 'obfuscated source code', and I agree.

Thing is, I always thought the same of nouveau - there must be very few
people understand enough to develop it - and yet we call it the 'free'
driver:
