Package: compiz-plugins
Version: 0.8.4-2
Severity: normal
Using the Expo plugin to switch between viewports (9 virtual desktops
arranged 3x3), double clicking on a viewport should switch the display
to that virtual desktop. This sometimes works, and sometimes brings
up the wrong virtual desktop. The incorect desktop that comes up
seams to be pretty consistant (it doesn't bring up a random desktop,
the wrong desktop always seams to come from the same column as the
expected one). This happens if when exiting Expo by double clicking
on a viewport or by exiting via the "Exit Expo" button binding. It
doesn't happen if you select the viewport with a single left click,
then perform the "Expo Edge" gesture to exit expo (in this case the
correct behaviour is seen).
