libdrm-dev has some conditional contents, but they all amount to files
being present or absent based on build-time conditionals; as far as I
can see there are no cases where the same file names are installed with
different versions on different architectures. libdrm-dev can therefore
safely be declared Multi-Arch: same, which will make it easier to
cross-build packages that build-depend on it.

  * Declare libdrm-dev Multi-Arch: same.

This patch has been applied in libdrm 2.4.46-4, but the committer forgot
to close the bug in the Debian changelog.

Cheers,
