xmessage works, but now these days also says
$ xmessage bla
Warning: Missing charsets in String to FontSet conversion
Warning: Unable to load any usable fontset

Oh, I see, LC_ALL=C xmessage bla works OK.

I don't know what I did wrong. emacs and uxterm work fine for zh_TW.utf8.
