Maybe this is the wrong bug for this, but I'm running into the same problem, but no i915 options on the cmdline, and this is causing my X session to lock up multiple times a day.
I have xserver-xorg-video-intel 2:2.19.0-6 installed.
What information can I provide that adds additional information to this issue?
