Bug#684931: Not XKB at all

reassign 684931 libgtk-3-0
retitle 684931 GTK+ compose tables don't handle dead_stroke properly
kthxbye

This is nothing to do with XKB or its data set. XKB produces zero or
one keysyms (in this case, dead_stroke for one key, and l for another)
for each key press. Dead key handling is the responsibility of the
input method, as Troy has repeatedly pointed out. The problem is that
libX11's default XIM input method, through the
/usr/share/X11/locale/*/Compose tables, will combine dead_stroke and l
to ł, and GTK+'s compose tables for its own internal method don't
contain this.

tl;dr: Nothing to do with XKB. GNOME input method bug.

Cheers,
Daniel
