Hi,

It seems that the GNU configuration file gnu.cf hasn't been keeping up.  It is missing a define for
ManDirectoryRoot so some packages fail to build the man pages in the correct dirs and building in
Debian therefore fails.

Attached is a patch to correct this issue.
