Bug#692357: xkb-data: new french layout does not correspond to image ; some characters unavailable

Package: xkb-data
Version: 2.5.1-2.1
Severity: normal

In version 1.8-2 I use a "Autre" (french names) layout that allows me to write
œ and ’.
When I upgrade to version 2.5.1-2.1, "Autre" is changed to "Français
(variante)" which seems to allow to write these characters (as seen in the
image), but instead I get ô and æ.

I really would like not to pin the stable version on my testing distribution
(everything else is in testing).
