Looking for bug-report about the xorg transition

Hi all,
I am looking for the bug about the xorg transition. I mean this one
http://release.debian.org/transitions/html/xorg.html

Sadly there isn't a bug number mentioned therein nor is there one in Xorg BTS

Can somebody lemme know where the bug-report is ?
