Package: xserver-xorg
Version: 1:7.6+12
Severity: important
Steps to reproduce:
1) start x11vnc -forever
2) connect to this PC from the remote VNC client
3) disable all X inputs with xinput (xinput --set-prop --type=int --format=8 <ID> "Device Enabled" 0)
4) go back to the VNC client on the remote PC and move the mouse
