A user has reported that the x11proto-gl-dev package lacks manpages in
Ubuntu. Ubuntu is using version 1.4.14-2 from sid, unmodified.  

The original bug report says:

Man pages for OpenGL subroutines appear to be missing, these are the man pages to describe the OpenGL API (as used from C).

Well the GL API manpages do exist, they just don't belong in this
package, and aren't packaged anywhere at the moment.  See also
