AFAICT the only thing needed from xserver-xorg-dev is the fourcc.h
header. This dependency could easily be removed by copying the used
definitions instead, especially as
src/gallium/state_trackers/xorg/xvmc/subpicture.c already defines
FOURCC_RGB itself.
