Michael Biebl <biebl@debian.org> (20/01/2012): > since the upgrade from 0.24.0 → 0.24.2 I notice minor graphical > glitches in gtk2 apps. > See the attached screenshot (from icedove). I can't reproduce it with icedove here. Can you please perform a few tests? A git bisect is probably not needed, you could: debcheckout pixman cd pixman Some commits which might be reverted (one after the other): a9b4fa378b70412ccf065454be009c1f8da4003a ee500cb2b1abf04ba40a8abfe358f6211d6078d1 1398a2fae4ba63f824049507a3d87a09c0af9af2 419820cce6f7ecbf759166eecb6dd7380b301e98 dbb6148158bd1e915c4ac15c06e05a4eb9d29ade git revert $foo1 dpkg-buildpackage -b (you can probably skip the tests) That should get you a pretty easy “git bisect”-like method to get the guilty commit. Once you get to it, please let us know and we'll file a bug upstream (or better yet, do so so that you can test upstream patches when they are available). Thanks for your help. Mraw, KiBi.
