Bug#639656: xorg-server: debian/rules references unknown configuration options

With versions 1.11.99.*, the "--enable-mitshm" option is documented
correctly in './configure --help'.  One issue resolved.

You still seem to be pondering the issue with the docs, so maybe you
want to leave this bug open?  (If not, I consider this resolved.)
