Bug#609060: xterm should repeat most commands passed, with arrow up

If the copy-paste has been done correctly, I can see that the
prompt has changed, meaning that the command has started an
interactive shell. Otherwise scanimage could have entered the
application mode (keyboard_transmit mode) but forgot to leave
it when it encountered the error. I would say that's probably
a bug in scanimage, not in xterm.
