Please wait a few hours until the multiarch'd mesa is propagated on the mirrors (so that it's stored on snapshot.debian.org), and until mesa 7.10.3 is uploaded. Then test that version (7.10.3-1, more precisely), and if it doesn't work better than 7.10.2, mention that on the upstream bug.
