Package: grandr
Version: 0.1-2
Severity: wishlist

When changing mode, we sometimes try something that won't work
(bad resolution for an external video-projector, ...)
For now, if that occurs, we got black screen(s) and we have to
reboot (at least restart the X xerver) with a C-A-del or C-A-Backspace
or ...

It would be very convenient if there was a "Test" button, that
will do: the new configuration is applied. A dialox box is showned
asking is the new mode/setting is correct. If the user clik on "yes",
then all is ok. If the user clik on "no" OR if 10s (30s ?) is elapsed
without the user ansering the dialog box, then the previous
settings are restored.

Instead of a specific "Test" button (near the "OK", "Cancel",
"Apply" buttons), this can be the beheviour by default (for
"OK" and "Apply").

  Best regards,
    Vincent
