Would the problem be solved by removing ProjectRoot set to /usr?
In fact only ManDirectoryRoot set to /usr/share/man in needed to fix the
build problem. Are other GNU distributions using /usr/share/man
or /usr/man for manpages? In case /usr/share/man is OK, I can remove
ProjectRoot from the patch, and it would not be Debian specific.
