Hi,
Apologies if this have been discussed already (didn't find anything in
the BTS or the mailing list archives) but are there any plans to build
Mesa 7.11 with --enable-texture-float
It enables GL_ARB_texture_float, a patented feature as seen in
docs/patents.txt:

There is AFAIK nothing in Debian which makes use of this feature yet,
though some proprietary games do and it's also needed in Wine. It's
also part of OpenGL3 so usage will most likely increase over time.
