There is no need to file a new bug for that purpose, please see
http://www.debian.org/Bugs/server-control for how to manipulate existing
bugs.
In case it wasn't clear from my comments in #628420: you need to file a
bug _in upstream's bugtracker_ to have any hope for getting this problem
resolved.
