AFAICT from a quick grep, the entry point to shadowUpdate*Packed would be through: | src/fbdev.c: shadowUpdateRotatePackedWeak() : shadowUpdatePackedWeak(), in the driver, leading to that in the server: | miext/shadow/shpacked.c:shadowUpdatePacked [Weak or not] or | miext/shadow/shrotate.c:shadowUpdateRotatePacked [Weak or not] Mraw, KiBi.
