Hi, Konstantin Kletschke <konsti@ludenkalle.de> (10/04/2011): > I use this ~/.Xmodmap called by .xinitrc with "xmodmap ~/.Xmodmap": > > remove Lock = Caps_Lock > add mod4 = Caps_Lock > > With xkeyboard-config 2.1 Caps Lock still acts like Caps lock after > this. With all versions lower this works, for example wheezy 1.8-2 > (downgrade helps). 2.2.1-1 from experimental does not work also. I'd suggest using one of the numerous setxkbmap options to do this kind of easy things. Something like this option? | caps:super Make Caps Lock an additional Super setxkbmap -option $option to set it temporarily. For system-wide setting, see: http://pkg-xorg.alioth.debian.org/howto/configure-input.html KiBi.
