Oh, cheesh, that works.
Sorry, I didn't see your replies right away because they got stuffed
in my spam bucket.

So yeah, I am able to use X fine now with radeon and everything.
Hopefully that patch makes it downstream soon.

Sorry for posting that extra bug, didn't see your solution at that
point.
