thanks for the notice, haven't installed apt-listchanges here.

Also, thanks for the patch, but I went for another one: get rid of the
NEWS file entirely. That was 3 years ago, now we have autoconfiguration,
and people should have installed the -all meta packages; if they didn't,
they should be able to figure out what package to install, how to do
some configuration, or how to report a bug, asking for help. :)

Pushed in the debian-unstable branch.
