Bug#547914: x11-common: Default /etc/X11/Xsession doesn't support ~/.Xkbmap

I don't see that file mentioned in setxkbmap's manpage and I'm not
sure we should be adding support for such a configuration file
anyway. X starts with configure xkb stuff, and if users don't like it,
they're free to call setxkbmap from their session start-up scripts?
