The keyboard and the mouse seem to stop responding, even though the light of th the freeze the magic sysrq keys stop working. The module that I usually used for the graphic card is radeon but it freezes al freezes even using different debian kernels. The graphic card is ati radeon xpress 200M on a compaq presario v2311US. This is my first bug report and I don't know exactly what to append. I will be glad to provide more information as requested.
