libxkbcommon: Changes to 'ubuntu'
New branch 'ubuntu' available with the following commits:

Merge with debian
The Debian package looks like it covers everything we did in Ubuntu,
but without using xsfbs and with a much cleaner rules file.
Retain the -dbg package and extra emphasis that this package is
unsupported. These changes can probably be safely dropped in natty+1.
