Bug#613111: xkb-data: German Keyboard with non working, but very important, AltGr keys

please see below, I don't call it a fresh installation.

I tried “setxkbmap de”

Baring the ß key I don't have on my keyboard, all those combinations
seem to work.

Please don't do that.

First try to figure out how it works with setxkbmap. Then only think
about tweaking stuff with xmodmap. That's error-prone.
