Package: xprt-common Version: 0.0.9.final.001-6 Severity: normal Hi, here is what I get on my system: $ xplsprinters xplsprinters: no printers found for printer spec "". $ /etc/init.d/xprint lsprinters printer: phaser@:64 printer: hp4200@:64 printer: hp4050@:64 printer: xp_ps_spooldir_HOME_Xprintjobs@:64 printer: xp_pdf_spooldir_HOME_Xprintjobs@:64 If I understand what xplsprinters is supposed to do, it should display a list of printers similar to the list displayed by /etc/init.d/xprint. This bug may be caused by the fact that no cups daemon is running on this system. It just has a /etc/cups/client.conf file with the name of the cups server. -- System Information: Debian Release: 3.1 APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.8-1-686 Locale: LANG=fr_FR@euro, LC_CTYPE=fr_FR@euro (charmap=ISO-8859-15) Versions of packages xprt-common depends on: ii debconf [debconf-2.0] 1.4.39 Debian configuration management sy ii xprt-xprintorg [xprt] 0.0.9.final.001-6 Xprint - the X11 print system from -- debconf information: * xprt-common/remove_old_conffiles: true
