Bug#610867: trackpad mouse no longer working after upgrade xserver-xorg-core

Package: xserver-xorg-core
Version: 2:1.7.7-11
Severity: grave
Tags: squeeze
Justification: renders package unusable

My trackpad mouse used to work fine before. After the upgrade of xserver-xorg-
core I added the mouse in the xorg.conf file to no avail. I don't see any
errors in /var/log/Xorg.0.log. I plugged in a USB mouse which works as it
should. I prefer to work without a USB mouse on my PowerBook G3/Pismo.
