Bug#580043: xserver-xorg-core: "Xorg -configure" crashes (Segmentation fault)

How can I do it?

Running "Xorg -configure" doesn't leave a coredump in the current
directory (perhaps there's one in some other directory, but I don't
know where). And if I try "gdb /usr/bin/Xorg" and "run -configure",
then I get a black screen, without the possibility to switch to
other text consoles. This is weird...
