Bug#301030: can we move lndir to coreutils or debianutils?

reminds me of a similar situation with kernel sources as well.

Did you submit it upstream as suggested by Clint? I'm not sure why
that's an open bug against xutils(-dev now) anyway. Until it's merged
upstream and available in a Debian package, I don't really see the
point in having it open against the xutils* package.
